Mediterranean Tomato Marinade for Fresh Bocconcini
This dish showcases traditional Mediterranean flavors using tomato flakes, red bell pepper, sea salt, and basil. The seasoning mix rehydrates in olive oil to create a marinade that coats creamy bocconcini or fresh mozzarella pearls.
